| About Me I was handed my first camera at the age of twelve, and I still have it to this day. Every once in a while I'll pull out my old Kodak Polaroid, but because I am now a poor college student who can't stand to spend the money on film, it hasn't taken a photo in years. However, it opened up a critical way of thinking for me that I still use on a daily basis today: everything I see, and in every situation I find myself, I imagine how I could turn it into a picture. It doesn't matter where I am; in class, the grocery store, on my college campus. As much as I breathe I imagine angles, lighting, and mood that could be applied to my surroundings. While the Polaroid relic collects dust on my desk, I currently use my Canon Digital Rebel XTi as the weapon of choice. I try to fit in jobs and shoots wherever I can in the busy schedule of college life, although it is proving to be much more difficult in the last six months or so. Although I have experimented with studio lighting, I prefer natural above all else. And people of all different shapes and sizes are my favorite subjects. Past clients have included many bands around the Charlotte area, including Bubonik Funk, as well as local businesses for promotional work.
